Volunteer Opportunities – Peel Paramedic Golf Tournament

The Peel Paramedic Golf Club is proud to host another sold-out tournament, bringing together first responders, healthcare professionals, and community supporters for a meaningful day of golf. Our volunteers play a vital role in delivering a seamless, welcoming, and memorable experience for all participants.

Volunteer Responsibilities May Include:

• Player Registration: Greeting golfers, checking in participants, distributing welcome packages, and helping set the tone for the day.
• Raffle & Ticket Sales: Engaging with players to promote raffle prizes, selling tickets, and assisting with prize draws.
• Event Setup & Teardown: Assisting with signage, registration areas, sponsor displays, and contest hole setup, as well as helping pack down at the end of the event.
• Ushering & Guest Support: Guiding participants around the course and clubhouse, answering questions, and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and informed.
• Contest Hole Assistance: Supporting on-course activities such as longest drive, closest-to-the-pin, and hole-in-one contests by organizing materials and recording results.
• Contest Judges / Spotters: Monitoring designated holes to verify shots, track distances, and ensure fair and accurate contest results.
• General Event Support: Being flexible and ready to assist wherever needed to help the day run smoothly.
